Bought a Alphard camper just before lockdown due to COVID . During the lock down the camper was delivered and the handover very quick again because of the situation. Now having had a remarkable Camper since June and had a couple or three camps in it have found a few little probs. Going back to Riviera no problems getting them sorted. Excellent service…

Second vehicle purchase. Great service
this is the second campervan we have bought from Riviera Motors. Traded in our Bongo which we had for a couple of years and upgraded to one of their Toyota Alphard campervans. Got a great deal on both occasions. superb choice when we were there. must have been 40 plus Bongo’s and Toyota Alphard’s to choose from. easy transaction too
- Very happy with our Ford tourneo camper van from Riviera. It developed a problem whilst still under warranty and Riviera were excellent in helping us to get it sorted quickly and smoothly. We’ve had a few complements from people when we’ve been out and about in it too! Comet the poodle loves the views!

“As someone who normally hates buying cars, and possibly fearful campers might fall into that category too, what pleasure it was to deal with Riviera Motors.We have been around a number of dealerships along the south coast, frankly we’ve found the process draining.It ranges from serial disinterest to over enthusiastic salesmen.The VW range look good but are eye-wateringly expensive. But the luxury is only skin deep often with faded fit outs that have seen many years of service combined with a diesel engine that’s non ulez compliant, and a 100k miles on the clock.What I didn’t quite get on my first walk around Riviera motors was that the Toyota’s were low mileage imported petrol models (no ulez issues here) and their fit out was brand new and bang up to-date.Thanks to David and Alex , this was patiently explained.No heavy-handed sales technique, both delightful gentleman who were keen to know what we planned for our trips and then pointed us in the right direction to choose from their big stock of vehicles, and pretty much left us to it.It took us a couple of visits to decide. To be honest we could have done it in one visit but we wanted to make sure the camper van we fancied would fit on our drive, especially as we planned to install a roof mounted solar panel.With a very detailed induction and explanation and the offer of friendly after service, we happily drove out of Riviera motors today fully equipped to hit the road.
