No, we regularly sell Nationwide so you can take the vehicle to any VAT Registered repair garage for repairs. Of course if you prefer you can bring the vehicle to us .

Yes, absolutely . We are more than pleased to accept AA style or third party inspections on any of our vehicles.

Yes . We buy Motorhomes and Campervans outright. We offer a Nationwide service and can even pay your travel expenses if you bring the vehicle to us . We pay top prices for quality vehicles.

HPI CheckYes, we conduct multiple checks on our vehicles prior to sale. Our vehicles are checked with HPI Registers against Theft, Insurance claim Damage, Mileage, and Outstanding Finance. We also perform VOSA History Checks and Pre Delivery Inspections for your peace of mind. Where applicable vehicles are also MOT’d prior to sale. In the case of Motorhomes, We also perform Gas Habitation checks by specialist authorised professionals.

Absolutely, we can take almost any vehicle in Part Exchange and unlike some dealers we can offer a Cash Back facility if your Part Exchange has a higher value than the vehicle we are selling.

Absolutely, our vehicles come with our standard 3 Month Warranty for peace of mind. This is our own warranty and not an insurance product. This ensures that you deal directly with us in the event of a problem with your vehicle and not with a third party.

Securing a vehicle is simple, by placing a £250 deposit, its yours.

We accept the following forms of payment: Telegraphic Transfer, Bankers Draft , Cash , (Personal Cheques are acceptable however we require 7 working days for funds from personal cheques to clear before we can release the vehicle. )

Campervan Hire FAQs

Can I bring my dog? 2017-12-02T11:56:00+00:00

We welcome well behaved small dogs but unfortunately an extra fee of £50 applies to cover extra cleaning of the vehicles interior after the hire period. Please call for approval.

Sure, our Bongo is available for any festivals such as Glastonbury. Please call for pricing and availability

Unfortunately, we don’t offer overseas hire at this time.

How do I make a booking? 2017-12-02T11:57:35+00:00

Booking can be made by simply calling us on 01803 868 311.

We will talk you through the process and get your desired dates booked in.

Bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking deposit of £150. An email receipt from us confirms the dates of your booking. We only accept bank transfer as payment for all transactions due to insurance requirements.

The balance for your hire period is due 6 weeks before the hire period commences. For bookings closer than 6 weeks to the hire period the full hire fee is due at the time of booking.

A £1,000 security deposit is held during the hire period. This is refundable on the safe return of the vehicle and its contents in the same condition as it left our premises. This is payable by bank transfer only prior to hire commencing. Please note, to save time on the day we prefer this to be transferred at least the day before the hire.

What information do I need to bring with me when I collect the vehicle? 2017-12-02T11:55:34+00:00

At the point of collection, our insurers require us to verify your details. You will need to bring your driving license, plus two current forms of address identification (ie bank statement or utility bill). Utility bills or other forms of ID must be current within the last three months.
The address on your driving license must be the same as the address on the utility bill. Unfortunately, without this the hire cannot commence as this is a strict requirement of our insurers.

We will also need to run a DVLA check on your license, for which you will need your National Insurance Number. If you would rather not bring this along you can generate a ‘check code’ on the DVLA website for us to check your license.

Collections are available from 3pm. If you plan arrive earlier in the day we can usually accommodate this, just let us know- We are customer focussed and recognise this is most likely a long planned holiday adventure so we always aim to be as flexible as possible.

Please note that latest collection times are before 5pm without prior agreement. Out of hours collections can be arranged with prior advance notice.

Unlike some hire companies our Mazda Bongo can travel throughout the UK. For peace of mind the hire comes as standard with free Breakdown Cover.- just in case.

Where do I collect the van? 2017-12-02T11:49:37+00:00

Our Mazda Bongo Campervan is collected from our main road sales premises, near Totnes in Devon. Complimentary Tea and biscuits are available on arrival, we will then run through the paperwork formalities and introduce you to the campervan.

We can offer free onsite storage of your car during the hire period. Our premises are a secure fenced and gated facility, but storage is at your own risk. If you are planning to use public transport to reach us, Totnes is a main line station less than 10 minutes’ drive and we will be pleased to collect you free of charge.
